They really need to get their warehouse people packing the items better than they have been lately, because since those last damaged items arrived I have had another order arrived that also had something leak and make a mess over most of the items.
I was able to salvage most of that order by cleaning the items that had slime all over them. Until these past few months all my orders had been well packed and no bottle had every leaked. I have contacted Deals Direct about two pair of earring that I bought but received two pair of very cheap earrings that look nothing like what I payed for. They reached out to me and requested that I send a photo of the earrings I received. I have done this and haven't heard anything since. I also enquired about 2 blouses that have not arrived. I requested my money back for the blouses and the earring that I had ordered and paid for. True to form I haven't got a reply re them either.
